Golf Handicap Scoring system UK

Getting the right Golf Handicap Scoring System in the UK is your first priority, when it comes to obtaining and improving your golf handicap. At the Golf Club Great Britain, we have developed a unrivalled Golf Handicap Scoring System, which  enables you to load up your score card information to our web site via the members area. Our automated system with then be checked manually  to make sure there are no errors in your entries and then updated if necessary.  We will also be revamping our system ready for the changes to the new World Handicap Scheme in November 2020.

Initially we will assess your handicap from three recent cards and you will be sent a plastic membership card with your handicap clearly shown which is valid for one year, along with your membership pack. If you need the handicap urgently we will email a letter of confirmation immediately upon receipt of your scorecards.

You can then start to use our online Scorecard Submission Form and see instantly if your handicap has changed.

Unlike many other cheaper online handicaps now available, our handicap is accepted at most of the top courses in the UK including the Old Course at St. Andrews. We also have other facilities which are not available with other schemes, which will give you access to hundreds of Golf Clubs, via our directory, along with deals with our partners, Golf Breaks.com, Golf Guard and Golf Escapes.

There are three ways three levels of membership with our Club, starting from only £8.99 but  most of our members opt for the Gold membership at £19.99 as it offers so much more in terms of facilities, deals and our unrivalledon-line scoring system.

Once you have an initial handicap, gross scores should be adjusted to a maximum of 2 over par and the adjusted total entered. For initial handicap, you do not need to adjust your score.
